Last one today of the interesting things I found today. No not all of them were new but … I found them today. With data like this … why is the MPAA so freaked out over piracy. I don’t mean piracy is right but … is it actually causing the problems they think it is?

Well, with my schedule as full as it seems to be right now … re-evaluating this is just gonna have to wait. Till then I’ll keep posting.
So today I got a raise. Which is awesome, especially in light of the fact that I made a serious error the other day. They are aware that it wasn’t cool, but I’ve been doing so many other things right that they decided to let me have it anyway.
Next is the show that I and few of my friends are working on getting launched. We’ve got a long way to go but when we actually have something to show for it, you can bet your bacon it’ll show up here to. I’ll also probably be posting up thoughts and frustrations as we go though it.
I’ll be adding some links to the blog roll … some time in the near future. Basically if you want a more immediate view of what I’m doing you can follow me on pownce and twitter: geekosupremo at both of them.

On my way back to work from lunch I saw something … unique. I saw a new Toyota Camry with the license plate of THACO. Without any reference my first thought is Nerrrrrrrrrd! But then I was struck by the thought … Which is nerdier? The nerd who puts THACO on a license plate or the nerd who sees T. H. A. C. 0.
I’m not sure I want to know the answer.
The Longboards have landed!

Well they landed about a month ago. For those who don’t know my GF and I have gotten longboards or long stakes if you will. The boards we got are from a small, but quickly, expanding company out of New York called Bustin Boards. We both got their Complex style deck with Gullwing Mission 1 trucks and 3DM Avalon wheels. These are sweet sweet rides. I use mine practically every day to get to work and back. Best 180 dollars I ever spent. But now I have the bug … and I want to start filling out my quiver of longboards.
